The RAV4 lease deals apply specifically to the base LE and LE Hybrid
Even though Toyota is on the verge of launching the sixth-generation Toyota RAV4, the fifth-gen model is still outselling the competition. Its mix of tough styling, robust powertrains, and good practicality remain competitive, which is why it’s worth considering a fifth-gen RAV4.
This is also your last opportunity to get a non-hybrid RAV4, since the new generation will switch to hybrid-only power. With that in mind, the Toyota RAV4 lease deals for October are worth a look, specifically if you’re looking for one of the most affordable trims, so let’s get into it.

This Month’s Lease Deal
2025 Toyota RAV4 LE
This month’s lease deal applies to the base RAV4 LE, already the most affordable trim in the lineup. The Toyota RAV4 lease price works out to $309/month over 36 months, with $3,999 due at signing.
Those figures are based on 10,000 miles per year and waives the security deposit. It excludes tax, title, license, registration fees, and any dealer options/charges. The $3,999 due initially includes $3,040 for the down payment, the first month’s payment of $309, and an acquisition fee of $650. For this October lease deal for the Toyota RAV4, exceeding the annual mileage limit of 10,000 miles means you’ll be liable for an extra charge of $0.15 for every mile above this limit.
For the more powerful RAV4 Hybrid LE, the monthly cost rises to $339, but all other terms of the lease remain as is. It’s similar to the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid’s lease offers in September.

The down payment and mileage limit are for those buying in California, but slightly different lease deals are available for the RAV4 LE in other regions. For example, the LE’s deal requires a $4,308 down payment in Florida, but the annual mileage limit rises to 12,000 miles there.
If you’d prefer to buy, Toyota is offering 4.75% APR to finance over 48 months, or 5.75% over 60 months. These deals apply to seven trims, so are worth a look if you want something less basic than the LE.
The RAV4 lease deals for both the LE and Hybrid LE expire on November 3, 2025.
RAV4 LE: Features and Powertrain

The LE is the cheapest RAV4, so it’s the least sophisticated in terms of tech and comfort features. It’s not completely devoid of features, though. On the LE, you get the following standard items:
LED daytime running lightsThree USB portsSeven-inch multi-information displayEight-inch touchscreen displayApple CarPlay/Android AutoSingle-zone climate controlFull-speed range dynamic radar cruise controlLane departure alertRoad sign assistance
Both the LE and LE Hybrid have a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, but the latter’s addition of dual electric motors improve its outputs.

Not only is the hybrid quicker, but it’s much more efficient, too. Then again, if you plan to keep your RAV4 for a long time, the non-hybrid’s less complex powertrain is a better bet for long-term reliability and maintenance.
Final Thoughts

There are, of course, multiple other RAV4 trims to choose from. You can spend over $40,000 if you want more equipment, superior finishes, and even more power, in the case of the 302-hp RAV4 plug-in hybrid.
However, October’s lease deals are all about maximizing value, which is why they’re limited to the wallet-friendly LE and LE Hybrid. As long as you stick to the mileage limit, this deal provides plenty of peace of mind, given the RAV4’s stellar reliability reputation.
